Cheek and chin enhancement
Facial ageing is commonly associated with both a loss of volume in the skin due to fat loss plus a loss of tone due to a reduction in both collagen and elastin in the deeper layers of the skin. The skin itself can become thinner and areas of pigmentation are increasingly common. We use Restylane SubQ™, a specific formulation of naturally occurring hyaluronic acid, which is injected beneath the fat layer of the skin, instantly correcting the volume loss associated with ageing.
Cheek enhancement using this product instantly gives a natural looking, mid-face lift which can make a big difference to you general appearance. When used in the chin we can improve the contours of the lower face.
As the treatment involves injecting into the deeper layers of the skin we will suggest a local anesthetic ‘dental’ block prior to treatment, although some may prefer topical local anesthetic gels.
